What are your shipping and return policies?

Tactical Boot Store offers free shipping on all orders over $50, and flat rate shipping on smaller orders. Orders that total less than $50 are charged $12.49 for shipping and handling within the continental US. Items may ship separately, and you should allow a total of seven to 10 days for delivery. All orders ship out of Florida, and we work hard to ship all orders on the same business day as the order is placed. Unfortunately, during peak volume seasons, packages may not leave our our warehouse for 2-3 business days after purchase. We process outgoing shipments before noon, so orders placed afternoon will not be processed until the next regular business day.

What if I order boots the wrong size?

All boots can be returned for a full exchange. Simply contact the Tactical Boot Store's support team, and let them know. Within 48 hours you will receive everything you need to return the boots which were the wrong size to our warehouse. After receiving those boots, in their original packaging, we will send you a new pair in the appropriate size.

If orders are shipped outside of the US, shipping is figured on a case-by-case basis. Tactical Boot Store also wants to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their boot purchase. To facilitate customer satisfaction, all boots can be returned within 30-days of purchase for a no-questions-asked return. The full purchase price will be refunded, minus any shipping and restocking expenses that were incurred on your behalf.
