At Tactical Boot Store, we strive to create long-lasting relationships with our customers. One of the ways we do this is by creating very transparent policies and procedures. To help our customers save the most amount of money possible, we offer free shipping to the contiguous United States on all orders over $50. We can also ship work boots internationally, but those arrangements will need to be made on an individual basis.

Tactical Boot Store Processing Time
To make sure we can meet the demands of our customers, we follow a very tedious shipping schedule. When our shipping department receives your order, it is gathered, boxed, and then scanned into the system. Once this is complete, the order is placed in the appropriate shipping box. Before the order leaves our Florida warehouse, we make sure the order is correct and then ship using either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
We determine what type of shipping to use by looking at the options we have available. We will ship using the method that will get your items to you quickly. Most customers receive their work boot orders in just one to three days. In general, if your order is received by noon (EST) time, it generally will be shipped the same day. Orders received after noon are usually shipped the next business day. However, it is important to realize that shipping times can vary depending on where you are located.
Work Boot, Tactical Boot, and Combat Boot Tracking
When your boot order ships from the Tactical Boot Store, you will receive an email. In this email, you will find tracking information for your delivery. We are not responsible for any delays in shipment that may be caused by USPS or UPS delays. Our orders are delivered without signature confirmation, so it is your responsibility to be present when your boots are delivered. If you refuse a package, additional shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount.
USPS or UPS Claims
Although unlikely, if your tactical boots are damaged during shipment, the damage must be reported to the Tactical Boot Store within 24 hours. If you fail to report any damage right away, your damage claim could be invalid.
When you receive your order, check to make sure you have received everything you expect. If there is anything missing, please contact Tactical Boot Store right away. We will also require a police report to accompany your missing shipment or missing item report. Tactical Boot Store is not responsible for any package that is reported to us as delivered and verified.
