At the Tactical Boot Store, we want you to be happy with your footwear choices. If you aren't happy with your work boots, contact us and we will be glad to walk you through the return process. However, the following terms must be met to be eligible for a return.

We only accept returns, if you contact our customer service department first. Our customer service representatives will issue a return authorization that is needed for returns.

No items sent back to us without a return authorization form will be accepted.

A return authorization form can only be issued in the first 30 days after delivery.

Duty boots must be in brand new condition when they are returned. This means the boots must not have been worn and must be in the original box with any tags still attached.

Our restocking fee is 20% if a boot is a return.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you need to make a return due to our error, we will cover the shipping charges. (You must have access to a printer to take advantage of this).

Tactical Boot Store Exchange Policy

If you need to make an exchange, you will need to contact customer service. We do have several requirements that must be met for returns or exchanges.

Boots must be in brand new condition. (with tags still attached)

Original box and packaging materials must accompany the return.

Any boot exchange not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.

Do not ship the boots in their original box.

Customers are responsible charges when shipping an exchange back to us, an shipping a new pair to you. This rate will be calculate at the actual rate we have to pay.

Damaged or Missing Items

When you receive the boots, make sure to examine them right away. If there is any damage, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is missing anything or not correct, you must call us as soon as possible. If mistakes were caused by our error, we will handle shipping costs..

Product Warranties and Defective Items

If your boots fail to meet the manufacturer's warranty, you may be able to replace the boots with the same exact product. Most manufacturers that we work with offer a one-year warranty on the materials and the craftsmanship of their boots. It's important to note that all boots must have an original sales receipt to qualify for a warranty or defect replacement.
